C: No.Go to the second window on

B:-(at registry window).I want to
send this letter by registered ma-
il.
C: You have to fill out this form.
Do you want a return receipt?
B: What is a return receipt?
C: The addressee signs a receipt
when he recieves a registered let-
ter or a package. This receipt is
returned to you by airmail by the
Post Office. A return receipt is
your proof that the letter was de-
livered.
B: Okay.I would like to have a re-
turn receipt.
C: Then you have to fill an addi-
tional form that looks like a post
card. Come back to this window as
soon as you have filled out the
forms.

B:- Okay (pays for postage).I have
